National Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd., a leading commercial Bank in the private sector invites applications from qualified Civil Engineers for appointment as Project Director in the rank of Asstt. Vice President/Vice President for the construction of its own prestigious 21 storied Building with 03 (three) basement floors at 13/1, 13/2 Toyenbee Circular Road, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka.
The candidates must have a graduation in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution, preferably from BUET/abroad having at least 15 years' experience in constructing high rise building and acting as team-leader in such ventures and must also be dynamic, self-propelled and should posses strong communication skills.
Main Responsibilities are:
(a) To provide prudent & expert opinion and guide the Management time to time and overall responsibility for professional services with due integrity.
(b) Co-ordination among top Management, Consultant and Contractor(s).
(c) To conduct project execution program, monitor and supervise of construction progress, work quality, etc.
The selected candidate will be entitled to salary and benefits attached to the rank of Asstt. Vice President/Vice President on contractual basis. Salary negotiable for competent candidates.
