HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Requirements:

• MBA major in HRM or Masters degree holder with Post Graduate Diploma in HRM
• At least 5 years of HR management experience in public limited companies/financial institutions with substantial proven record in a managerial capacity
• Extensive knowledge on Labor Law, Contract Law and Government rules and regulations regarding HR policies
• Excellent spoken, reading and writing skills in Bangle and English with the ability to produce high quality reports and proposals

LEGAL OFFICER

Requirements :

• Minimum LL.B (Hons) or graduate in any discipline with LL.B
• Must be well conversant with the Company Law / Labor Law / Insurance Act & Rules and must have enrolment in Bangladesh Bar Council
