Deputy Manager, HR Systems and Process - Grameenphone


Position : Deputy Manager, HR Systems and Process
Department : HR Operations
Division : Human Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate various HR projects with vendors and IT team
  • Will be responsible to prepare HR intelligence reports for line managers
  • Validate the access control for different HR systems with quarterly review process
  • Validate the employee work schedule, rotation plan and holiday calendar at central HRMS system
  • Administration and operational responsibility of employee leave management system
  • Ensure proper Change management procedures for HRMS systems
EDUCATION :
  • Business Graduate from reputed university
EXPERIENCE :
  • 3 years of working experience in relevant field will be preferred
Special Skill Requirements :
  • Good analytical ability
  • Good understanding of different database systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
