HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION

Major Responsibilities:

Managerial and supervisory responsibilities relating to Human Resource Management and Administration will be to develop, review and update the Human Resource Policy and Human Resource Management Information System of the company. The incumbent must be able to perform tasks relating to: Recruitment & Selection, Compensation Management, Performance Evaluation, Training and Development, Employee Relations, HR Planning, HR Audit, Disciplinary Actions, Employee Counseling and Oversee all administrative functions.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Age: below 50 year(s)
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience on HR and Admin jobs in highly reputed or medium size organizations.
  • MBA with major in HRM from a reputed public or private university.
  • Sound knowledge on ISO standard and Quality Management System.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and values oriented.
  • Good command on MS-Office applications.
  • Language proficiency in Bengali & English is essential.
