Salary & Benefits: Gross cost to company (CTC) Taka 7,00,000/=( seven hundred thousand) per annum. In addition pick & drop facility by pool transport and sales incentive.

Job Responsibilities: 
- Setting of sales targets for his brand and zones.
- Developing plans to achieve sales
- Develop subordinates (ASMs, ASEs) to improve their competencies (functional & managerial)
- Manage his own operations within the Opex budgeted by the company
- Demonstrate pro-active and high initiative behavior to achieve business integrity goals.
- Provide timely and structured feedback from trade/ customers/ competitive.
Educational Requirements:
- Master from a premier local institute with MBA.
5-6 years hands on experience in Consumer durables/FMCG of which at least 2-3 years should be in a mid level management position.
Additional Requirements:
- Age limit 30-35 years.
- Superior inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High degree of leadership competencies (Strategy formulation for his area, Business Understanding, People Skills).
- Superior commercial acumen.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
