ActionAid Bangladesh is looking for suitable candidates for the following positions-

Manager-Social Justice

Key Responsibilities
Develop concept and design framework for justice and equal citizenship practice for social groups (divers ethnic and indigenous minority, city professional minority, camp dweller, Dalit and untouchable groups etc). Partnership and team management. Linkage between micro level intervention and macro level policy established for advocating in favor of socially excluded groups/individuals. Project development and management. Liaison with donor.

Required Key Competencies
Masters in Social Science or other subjects related to Human Rights and Justice . Minimum 8 years of experiences in the relevant field and at least 3 years of experiences at the similar level. Ability to handle partner organization successfully. Ability to work in a team. Willingness to travel extensively in the field.

Manager-Stop Violence Against Women

Key Responsibilities
Programme designing, planning, project proposal development, budget preparation and monitoring, generate innovative ideas. Partner management and networking. Policy advocacy, mass media campaign programme designing as a part of awareness programme, Facilitation skill on Gender, Gender based violence and development. Fund raising and donor communication. Liaison with line ministries. Team building and team management. Willingness to work at the time of emergency and disasters. Inter personal communication and writing skill. At least 60% time should be spend for partners and field visits.

Required Key Competencies
Masters in Social Science. Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Law, Human Rights and International Development . Minimum 8 years of experience in the development areas, preferably in Women's Rights and Human Rights. Must have experience in grassroots and policy level on stop violence against women and girls. Experience in grassroots partners and networking, Policy advocacy and campaign.

Associate Officer-Social Inclusion

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate thematic activities, mobilize grassroots level people, campaign for promoting social inclusing of marginalized and stigmatized people. Contribute in partnership management. Plan, organize/Facilitate training, workshop, and conference on thematic issues. Maintain proper and accurate documentation on thematic activities and report as and when necessary. Networking, campaigning and advocacy at different levels.

Required Key Competencies
Masters in Social Science or any other relevant subject related to Human Rights and Justice , Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field. Willingness to travel extensively in the field.
