Estimator
Job Description
- To work closely with the Design Team and understand the architectural, structural & interior drawing of different project.
- To estimate the total material requirement of the projects and assess the item-wise cost involvement on the basis of architectural, structural & interior drawing and specifications provided by the design unit.
- To assess and list out the required materials, manpower and man-hour to complete a project according to specification and the design demands.
- To work closely with the engineer/Site Manager/Project Manager to understand the actual material requirement and the time scale of the project.
- To update knowledge about the latest building material items and their uses, prices and availability.
- Gather information on market trend about price fluctuation of various building material items and review/adjust the project estimation accordingly with timely intimation to all concerned.
- Prepare projected budget for building materials of the project.
- Maintain a data bank on the material sourcing along with price.
- Any other task as and when assigned time to time by the supervisor.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B. Sc in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of experience or B. Sc in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in Estimation with reputed Real Estate/Architectural Company.

Site Engineer
- Ensure that project works is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
- Coordinate and manage all site activities of site staff, sub-contractors, traders and suppliers and ensure timely response to project requirements.
- Participate in site coordination meeting with project Manager, Engineers, Architects, Sub-contractors, Suppliers etc.
- Refer all requirements for design changes to the project Manager and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
- Coordinate design issues with project Manager and Client representatives as per requirement.
- Coordinate purchasing of materials and equipments for site use as per requirement.
- Ensure that as per specification accurate quantity of materials and equipment are delivered to site, safe handled and stored in proper places.
- Monitor sub-contractors' performance and report to the project Manager.
- Ensure safe working practices are adhered by the site personnel at all stages of the project works.
- Any other task as and when assigned time to time by the supervisor.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / B. Sc in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years / B. Sc in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years experience as a Site engineer or Graduate from any discipline with commendable experience in site supervision are highly encourage to apply. Education may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

3D Operator
- Liaise with engineers & Architects in relation to production of CAD & 3D drawings.
- 3D modeling and rendering.
- Collection of interior construction items.
- Keeping directory of drawings up to date and documented.
- Assist with design reviews at each development stage.
- Assist to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation is available for Architect & Engineers.
- Any other task as and when assigned time to time by the supervisor.
- Diploma in Civil/Architecture or Graduate from any discipline with hands on experience with Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop.
- 2/3 years in a reputed Real Estate/Architectural Company.
