In-Charge Engineering Department
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in Real Estate Sector. He must capable to handle Site Engineers and to hold the position of the in-Charge of the Engineering Department. And must have the experience in construction of high rise Building.



Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance)

Master in Accounting with C.A. Course completed from a Renowned C.A. Farm. 03 (Three) years practical experience as In-Charge of Accounts Department is mandatory and also need knowledge of software in Accounting.

Site Engineer (Civil)


Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 (Ten) years practical experience in Real Estate Company and have knowledge of BOQ and project costing.



Estimator

Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10/12 years practical experience in preparing the BOQ and have Knowledge of Auto CAD and MS. Word with MS. Excel are mandatory. Energetic Assistant/Sub-Assistant Engineers retired from the PWD/LGRD or any other similar organization may also apply for the post.
