Job Profile:
- Assist field supervisor to plan and organize training and refreshers for study participants;
- Assist PI to conduct training and refreshers of the study participants;
- Administer questionnaire to collect complementary feeding related data consistently and reliable manner by using instruments such as study questionnaire, spot checking and observation techniques and routine reporting to the supervisor;
- Prompt identification and communication of operational difficulties in the field to supervisor, particularly issues surrounding questionnaire and data solicitation.
- Review data collection instruments for accuracy and completeness.
- Assisting principal investigator with hard copy data management of the collected data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree / Masters degree in any discipline with good academic records;
- At least 3 years work experience related field; preferably conducting training in nutrition/maternal or child health field and conducting interviews with community participants;
- Must have strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate such issues, promptly and clearly, to Senior manager and principal Investigator.
- Must be able to address participants’ concerns regarding written informed consent;
- Must be able to identify field difficulties, particularly regarding administration and respondents’ understanding of questionnaires.
