The Opportunity
We are a leading brand in the field of FM Radio in Bangladesh with a national footprint comprising 8 stations. In order to fuel our future growth and sustain leadership we are looking at expanding our sales and marketing force that will drive revenues and take our profitability to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in services sales. You must be passionate about ad sales, commercially minded and bursting with new ideas. You're driven, self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude. You're ambitious, confident; you thrive on pressure and are a great communicator. You're resourceful, organised and simply love driving ad revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure air time sales targets are achieved month on month.
- To develop and grow client base and spend
- To canvass and grow new prospects and develop the client base
- Coordinate with Agencies / event management companies
- To ensure all new business is followed up and turned in to repeat business
- To ensure forward planning is accurate and relevant
- To ensure expected call rates & client visits are achieved consistently
- To represent the station at all relevant exhibitions and events, in a smart, mature
- To generate incremental revenues through sales of events / on-ground activities and productive manner, in both working and non-working hours where relevant
- To assist in the successful collection of advertiser debts
- To liaise with programming team to ensure the smooth execution of the client mandates
