Assistant Manager,Senior Executive,Deputy Manager: Navana Electronics Ltd

Position: (1) Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

  •     Identifying, reviewing and developing quality objectives in the products & production process complying with ISO 9001:2000
  •     Developing and implementing quality planning, quality assurance and quality control system for raw materials, semi finished and finished products
  •     Preparing and implementing total quality management (TQM) and quality circle (QC) team according to Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship & Bangladesh AOTS Alumni Society
  •     Suggesting production changes (if require) such as materials and methods that eliminate quality defects
  •     Ensuring quality compliance and identifying non conformance in every steps of production trough setting quality standards and conducting quality audit as per the set standards
  •     Suggesting methods, process to removing the quality defects/non conformance and identifying areas of improved quality management system

Requirements:
  •     BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  •     Age should be around 32 years
  •     5 years in-hand experience in same industry
  •     High level of professional competence in quality system improvement & execution
  •     Strong communication both in oral & written and presentation skil

Position: (2) Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Production

Responsibilities:
  •     Assisting Head of production in production planning to meet in time production based on sales forecasted by Marketing & Sales Department
  •     Development, production, supervision & testing of IVS, UPS (Off-Line & On-Line), Substation equipments (Transformer, LT/HT/PFI panel), IPS, AVR, Battery Charger, ATS etc.
  •     Development, production and supervision of different kinds of box, panel, tank, radiators etc. that are used in different finished products
  •     Production process development plan for minimizing material wastage and reducing cost comparing competitors
  •     Conducting time and motion study to determine gap/redundancy in production manpower
  •     Preparing and submitting of monthly raw material requirement sheet, monthly material consumption report and monthly production report to the management
  •     Monitoring and controlling day to day raw material requirement as per production target and accordingly manage the material by perusing related department
  •     Attending Quality circle meeting with different section employees, problems identification, solving plan and submit to management

Requirements:
  •     BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  •     Age should be around 32-34 years
  •     5-7  years in-hand experience in Production department of Electronic products
  •     Adequate product knowledge i.e. technical specifications and common features of IVS, UPS (Off-Line & On-Line), AVR, Substation equipments, IPS, battery charger etc. with application areas
  •     Strong communication both in oral & written and presentation skills

Position: (3) Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Procurement

Responsibilities:
  •     Perform sourcing & procurement activities for materials, engineering and facilities services, and capital expenditure
  •     Plan, lead, organize and control procurement team to achieve organizational objectives
  •     Ensure development & implementation of organizational procurement / purchase policy
  •     Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of business goals
  •     Preparing material plan and material budget and other needful in line of production requirement
  •     Ensuring materials are procured on timely manner complying related policy & practices and cost effective manners
  •     Arranging vendor survey in order to check a) available vendors, b) financial strength of vendors, c) market reputation of vendors, d) credit cycle limit etc.
  •     Maintaining updated and detailed database of vendors/suppliers, conduct vendor evaluation, sourcing, selecting quality vendors for materials with best available price and as per company policy
  • Requirements:
  •     Post Graduate/ BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  •     Preferable age range: 32-34 years
  •     5-7 years in Procurement/Supply Chain Management
  •     Professional certification in SCM will be an added advantage
  •     Highly skilled in competent vendor/supplier sourcing, negotiation, commercial instruments, international logistics and inventory management
  •     Strong communication both in oral & written and presentation skills

Position: (4) Assistant Manager- Sales

Responsibilities:
  •     Assist Head of Marketing & Sales in developing sales strategies that ensures sales goal/target and profitability and formulating personal sales plan in line with sales goal/target
  •     Prepare action plans for team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales leads, prospects and market penetration
  •     Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of business goals
  •     Analyze and monitor customer feedback database to measure success and identify sales fluctuations/trends so as to decide on the relevant actions to be taken
  •     Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a ‘personal service’

Requirements:
  •     BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  •     Age should be around 32 years
  •     5 years in selling Electronics Products
  •     High level of professional competence in selling same products
  •     Knowledge on customer psychology & understanding
  •     Strong communication both in oral & written and presentation skills

Position: (5) Senior Executive- Sales

Responsibilities:
  •     Formulating and executing personal sales plan in line with sales goal/target
  •     Collecting customer feedback and maintaining feedback database to measure success and identify sales fluctuations/trends
  •     Managing a portfolio of existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a ‘personal service’
  •     Acting as the customers’ main point of contact by liaising closely with the relevant departments within the company to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt appropriately
  •     Continually develop knowledge of Company’s products/services and general awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions to the customers
  •     Ensuring accurate customer information database

Requirements:
  •     BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  •     Age should be below 30 years
  •     3 years in the relevant field
  •     Strong communication both in oral & written and presentation skills
  •     Strong negotiation skill

Position: (6) Senior Executive- Marketing
Responsibilities:
  •     Assisting Head of Marketing & Sales by contributing in the strategic planning of an annual or long term budget, marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives
  •     Suggesting suitable marketing tools and techniques to support in setting in best marketing strategy to attain target customers
  •     Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
  •     Collecting and market information on customer satisfaction regarding company products to forecast market trend/fluctuation
  •     Identifying and analyzing competitors activities to set competitive advantage for own products, evaluating marketing campaigns
  •     Managing product portfolio, arranging product launching, product orientation/training to sales persons
  •     Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers

Requirements:
  •     BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage)
  •     Age should be below 30 years
  •     3 years in the core Marketing
  •     Well hand experience in applying of 6P’s
  •     Strong communication both in oral & written and presentation skills
  •     Able in  generating creative ideas

Position: (7) Assistant Manager- Store

Responsibilities:
  •     Establishing and administering operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing stock in line with Distribution Department
  •     Designing, developing, implementing, benchmarking, and maintaining effective store/inventory management processes to support the manufacturing and distributing process
  •     Leading category management processes/collaboration and the integration with min/max functionality to improve inventory management at the store level
  •     Ensuring proper counting of stock and monthly reconciliation of stock at store
  •     Determining and providing a common understanding with key stakeholders of the right amount of stock/inventory to be carried at the store level and develop a plan that specifies the expected fluctuations in store inventory levels
  •     Identifying, designing, developing, and generating reports to provide timely information for inventory related business decisions and/or to monitor key inventory management
  •     Assessing and identifying future enhancements to the inventory management related functionality of the business system and lead these enhancements from concept through to implementation
  •     Insuring proper reporting in an effort to minimize loss of sales due to out of stock occurrences

Requirements:
  •     Post Graduate/ BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  •     Age should be around 32 years
  •     5 years in Store & Inventory Management
  •     Thorough knowledge of inventory management techniques/methods
  •     Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skill
  •     Strong communication both in oral & written and presentation skills

Position: (8) Deputy Manager- Distribution & Coordination

Responsibilities:

  •     Formulating and executing monthly distribution plan for raw materials and finished products in coordination with Sales and Production and executing the same in very cost effective manner
  •     Participating in the development of operational budgets for both the outgoing and receiving materials/products
  •     Requesting and justifying capital expenditures through the Capital Budget procedure
  •     Planning and arranging efficient, on-time, cost effective movement of finished goods to customers
  •     Coordinating distribution vehicle movement activities inbound for attainment of most economical, overall company costs
  •     Working with Store and Accounting to insure accurate inventory accounting and control
  •     Providing required information for production planning purposes
  •     Coordinating all distribution activities with other internal functions and departments
  •     Supervising subordinates by following approved guidelines or with appropriate direction and staff advice
  •     Managing the automotive "fleet", including both company owned, leased and rented vehicles for distribution. Arranging for repair and maintenance of such distribution vehicles
  •     Arranging regular and preventative maintenance of equipment and facility. Coordinating such activity with the appropriate department or internal functional unit to insure the most overall cost effective company program

Requirements:
  •     Post Graduate/ BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  •     Age should be around 35 years
  •     6 years in Store & Inventory Management
  •     Ability to plan individually and execute the same
  •     Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skill
  •     Strong communication both in oral & written and presentation skills
