:
B.Sc in CSE or Equivalent Degree.
Job Description/Responsibility:
- To ensure customer support smartly.
- Capable to handle customer complain instantly.
- Maintain support related documentation.
- To visit clients end for support if required.
- Capable to monitor backbone & Network equipments and link stability.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a System Engineer (Computer Network & System Administration) is required. Should have knowledge in Computer Troubleshooting/ LAN/ WAN/ Linux. Applicants who have working experience in ISP, Hardware/Network fields will get priority.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age should be below 32 years.
- Should have tendency to work in a shifting duty willingly.
